The B2B zone is one of the key tools of the Forum's business program

The Business Interregional BRICS Forum is becoming an important infrastructure for fostering sustainable economic ties and launching joint projects. Last year's experience demonstrated that the greatest interest is generated not only by the discussion part, but also by formats that allow for further development of specific agreements. The B2B zone demonstrated high demand and effectiveness, and following the Forum, we received requests from participants to expand this format.
This year, the B2B zone is becoming not an additional element, but one of key tools of the business program. The zone will feature extensive infrastructure: 60 specialized negotiation locations, each designed to accommodate from 4 to 8 people. Negotiations will be held in a reverse format of short, targeted meetings lasting 20 minutes. This model allows not only large corporations but also small and medium-sized businesses to actively present their proposals and find partners. The negotiation process lasts two days, with seven hours of intensive work each day. Over 2,000 targeted meetings are scheduled in total, each focused on a specific result - finding a partner, discussing a project, or reaching preliminary agreements.

Special attention is paid to the international dimension. The B2B zone is supported by translation into eight foreign languages: English, French, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, Indonesian, and Vietnamese. This is not just a convenience; it removes communication barriers that often become a key obstacle to international cooperation.
