Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov attended the event and delivered a keynote speech on the transformation of the global world order.
In his speech, Mr Lavrov emphasised that the Euro-Atlantic bloc has lost its monopoly on world leadership, while the BRICS association is demonstrating steady growth and strategic advantage.

"Today, we can confidently say that the BRICS association is the driving force behind global development. In terms of aggregate economic indicators, our alliance is already ahead of the G7, and this gap continues to widen. This is a natural result of the multipolar policy consistently advocated by Russia and its partners,” said the Russian Foreign Minister.
A key part of the proceedings was the discussion of municipal and interregional cooperation within BRICS. Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organising Committee for the International Municipal BRICS Forum 2025–2026, presented plans for the upcoming event, due to take place on 20–21 November in St. Petersburg.

Meetings were held with high-ranking representatives of the BRICS countries to discuss prospects for cooperation in areas such as the economy, culture, urban development and digitalisation. Foreign partners confirmed their interest in strengthening ties with Russia. Agreements were reached on a series of working visits to develop joint projects.
Ekaterina Shmalko, the authorised representative for cooperation with the BRICS countries (IMBRICS), noted: 'The meetings held on the sidelines of the hearings were of exceptional importance for shaping the programme of the November Forum. We discussed key areas of cooperation and laid a solid foundation for a long-term partnership. It is particularly significant that all participants demonstrated a genuine interest in fostering municipal partnerships as a vital component of the BRICS strategy."

The Perm hearings were yet another confirmation of the growing role of BRICS in shaping a fair, multipolar world. The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum has begun, and the Organising Committee delegation from the International Municipal BRICS Forum is participating actively in the busy business programme. The first few days of the Forum have already yielded significant results.
A series of negotiations with partners from African countries and representatives of major international corporations were held, resulting in important agreements being reached and further cooperation being agreed upon. Particular attention was paid to preparing business missions to Brazil in July and to Vietnam in September. A list of organisations that have confirmed their participation in organising these trips and in furthering strategic partnerships within the framework of the VII IMBRICS Forum was compiled during the discussion, as well as a list of potential partners who may still join the partnership.

Alongside the SPIEF activities, preparations for the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum are in full swing. This event is scheduled for 20–21 November 2025 in St. Petersburg. On the first day of the Forum, negotiations were held with Tatyana Tylevich, Director General of the Imperial Porcelain Factory, regarding potential joint projects.
As Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organising Committee of the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum, noted: 'In a highly competitive environment, we are forced to limit the amount of information presented in open sources, summarising the key results.' Today was extremely productive — we discussed prospects for cooperation with leading companies over the next year and secured significant partners' willingness to provide financial support for the organisation of the VII IMBRICS Forum. However, given the risks of unfair actions and slander on the part of certain counterparties, the details of the negotiations will remain confidential.'
The Organising Committee delegation is continuing to work actively at the SPIEF venue, paying particular attention to developing international cooperation and preparing for the upcoming IMBRICS Forum.

Vice President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE), Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum, Mikhail Cherepanov, presented an initiative in Brazil to establish an official "Day zero" as part of the annual BRICS Business Council.
This idea was first introduced to representatives of municipal cities and business circles in the state of Rio de Janeiro during a conference in Angra dos Reis. Conference participants emphasized the importance of this initiative, highlighting its significant potential for fostering cooperation among entrepreneurs from different BRICS countries.

On July 5, during the BRICS Business Council Forum, Mikhail Cherepanov discussed the possibility of supporting the initiative with Sergey Katyrin, the Head of the Russian Chapter of the BRICS Business Council and President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It was decided to hold a meeting in Moscow for further cooperation.
The initiative proposes the creation of an official "Day Zero" within the framework of the annual BRICS Business Council meeting. The concept envisions that on this day, reputable commercial entities from non-BRICS countries and non-partner states will have the opportunity to present relevant topics for economic development and business initiatives that could have a positive impact on the economies of BRICS member states. Speakers will be able to present infrastructure projects and proposals for removing trade barriers, developing export-import cooperation, and improving the business climate, thereby strengthening dialogue between BRICS businesses and the business communities of other countries.
"The proposed initiative will help to build new bridges for investment. Representatives of major businesses from non-BRICS countries and partner states will be able to engage in discussions on business development strategies, overcoming existing barriers, and presenting infrastructure projects for future investment. If our initiative is approved, each national chapter of the BRICS Business Council will be able to establish a working group comprising reputable organizations from their respective countries. On July 22, 2025, the Central Asian International Economic Forum was held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. The forum became a platform for discussing issues of economic interaction, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, which contributes to the expansion of the regional agenda to create a foundation for the implementation of integration infrastructure projects and joint strengthening of the economies of the countries that participated in today's event. The delegation of the Organizing Committee of the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum actively joined the work at the site.
"This year, we have planned to attend a large number of international events to fill the business program of the VII IMBRICS Forum, which allows us to discuss issues of interest to our traditional partners on the sidelines of various large business meetings and conferences, as well as establish new contacts for further interaction. We thank our established partners for their comprehensive support and the opportunity to actively work at such major international events as SPIEF, BRICS Business Council, AIM Congress, Russian-Tajik Business Council and other future events.

The IMBRICS Forum annually helps many organizations and companies build business international communications in today's complicated geopolitical realities. Over the past seven years, we have developed strong and friendly relations with many organizations in our country, as well as with various foreign structures that have a serious reputation, authority, and regularly participate in our event, which has been held in St. Petersburg since 2019 (the exception was 2024, when the IMBRICS Forum was held in two territories of Russia - in Moscow and St. Petersburg). Constant communication allows us to further strengthen our cooperation and develop partnerships despite everything.
We thank our friends, colleagues, comrades for the seven-year cooperation and the support they have provided us this year. We appreciate it. The work of the Organizing Committee on preparing and attracting new participants to the VII IMBRICS Forum will continue until the beginning of November, and after the National Unity Day we will begin to prepare the lists of participants for meetings and negotiations on all applications received from delegations that the Forum will host in St. Petersburg on November 20-21.

We are currently working on the issue so that our Forum can help each foreign participant find truly significant potential partners from Russia, first of all, and, of course, potential strong partners from other BRICS + countries who will take part in the event. Indian colleagues expressed their desire to promote construction technologies on the Russian market, as well as to develop cooperation in the metallurgical industry, building strong ties with Russian metal producers.
The meeting was attended by Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the VII IMBRICS Forum. The parties discussed key aspects of cooperation, including the presentation of Indian projects, the search for partners and the conclusion of agreements within the framework of the upcoming event. On August 21, 2025, a meeting of the IMBRICS Organizing Committee was held in the building of the Administration of St. Petersburg. The event was attended by members of the Organizing Committee, co-organizers, as well as invited representatives of government bodies, business and public structures.
Vice-Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Pavel Itkin and Chairman of the Legislation Committee Vsevolod Belikov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech from the Parliament of St. Petersburg, and from the executive branch - Acting Chairman of the Territorial Development Committee Elena Kudryavtseva.

During the meeting, a wide range of issues related to the preparation of the VII IMBRICS Forum, which will be held on November 20-21 in St. Petersburg, were considered: the formation of the business program, the participation of foreign speakers and representatives of foreign regions, as well as interim results of the work for the past period. Information was separately presented on the trip of the Organizing Committee members to Brazil, during which meetings were held with representatives of the BRICS Business Council and major entrepreneurs who confirmed their interest in participating in the Forum.
“Work on preparing the Forum is being carried out in close cooperation with our foreign partners. Today, we can already talk about the high interest of the business circles of the BRICS countries in participating in the event in St. Petersburg,” noted Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, in his commentary.
The co-organizers and partners of the Forum made reports, presenting plans for cooperation, as well as proposals for the development of the business and cultural program. It was emphasized that the VII IMBRICS Forum should become a key international platform for inter-municipal dialogue, presentation of investment projects and conclusion of agreements.
During the meeting, the formation of a delegation to Vietnam with departure on September 28 was announced. Preparation of this trip is considered an important stage in expanding international cooperation.

"The business mission to Vietnam will allow us to build a direct dialogue with business circles and strengthen the position of St. Petersburg as one of the key partners of the countries of Southeast Asia," shared the director of the ANO "BRICS Business Communications Center" Vladimir Muzharovsky.

A report on the work done over the past period was made by the Co-Chairman of the Organizing Committee Devanir Cavalcantede Lima, who spoke about the formation of delegations from Latin American countries and noted the high interest in participation in the Forum on the part of representatives of municipalities and the business community.
"We are actively working to attract foreign delegates. It is important that the Forum develops not only as a Russian, but also a truly international platform, uniting the efforts of municipalities and businesses," said Devanir Cavalcante de Lima.

Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the VII IMBRICS Forum, took an active part in the Assembly. He delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of developing international cooperation at the municipal level and received a commemorative gift—a limited edition book, the BRICS Business Encyclopedia dedicated to Ethiopia. This symbolizes the strategic interest in strengthening partnerships with African countries and the mutual commitment to deepening cultural and economic dialogue within the framework of BRICS multilateral initiatives.
An extensive delegation from the Organizing Committee of the VII IMBRICS Forum was formed to participate in the Assembly. Their activities focused on establishing connections with foreign representatives: the parties exchanged contacts and held negotiations on representing the Forum abroad as IMBRICS ambassadors. The stay was packed with business meetings, prearranged with Assembly representatives and foreign delegates, demonstrating the high level of preparation by the organizers.

Recall that the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum is scheduled for November 20-21 of this year in St. Petersburg. It will be attended by representatives from various regions, including Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. A long-term partner, the World Peoples Assembly, is actively involved in the preparation of the Forum and will hold several sessions as part of the business program. On September 12–13, 2025, the Republic of Belarus hosted the VIII Global Conference on Near Space Industrialization (GCNSI 2025), one of the largest international industry events dedicated to the prospects of the space industry's development. Held under the motto "Earth for Life, Space for Industry," the conference brought together over 500 expert speakers, scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs from more than 30 countries, both in person and online.
The business program encompassed plenary sessions, round tables, poster sessions, and exhibition displays. Cutting-edge developments were presented, such as geo-space string technologies, methods for analyzing risks associated with the application of artificial intelligence and biotechnologies, as well as practical solutions for many aspects of human activity beyond Earth, enabling humanity to consider the possibility of settling other planets and long-term stays on orbital stations.

The event was opened with a welcoming address by Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the VII IMBRICS Forum: "The strategic priorities of BRICS – ensuring technological sovereignty, international cooperation in the field of innovation, and creating alternative financial mechanisms – directly align with the conference's themes." The development of Russian-Vietnamese trade, economic, and municipal cooperation involves the consistent implementation of reached agreements and the enhancement of practical contacts: within the framework of the VI IMBRICS Forum held in November 2024, Russian and Vietnamese delegations held a series of working meetings, during which the parties confirmed their readiness to deepen interaction between Russian organizations and Vietnamese business associations. A key event was the signing of a partnership development agreement with the Vietnam Association for Promotion of Consumer Goods (VACOD).
In May of this year, the dialogue received further momentum for continuation during the official visit of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam to Russia: as part of the negotiations between the delegation representatives and the Organizing Committee of the IMBRICS Forum, the parties exchanged assessments of the prospects for bilateral projects and confirmed their intention to intensify investment and trade cooperation.
Under these circumstances, the working visit to Hanoi, scheduled for September 28 – October 5, 2025, takes on a practical nature and aims to translate the previously stated intentions into specific project solutions. The event program will include a plenary session on the topic "Experience Exchange and Regional Cooperation," working sessions, and other business-oriented events. Up to 100 people from our city will take part in it. The list of delegates was approved by the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov.
It is important to emphasize that the business mission is a thoroughly considered trip, for which the Apparatus of the Organizing Committee has been preparing for 9 months; agreements on its holding were reached last year, and in May 2025 they were further developed during negotiations in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The trip program has been carefully designed and includes a wide range of meetings prepared jointly with Vietnamese partners, taking into account the interests of the Russian delegation participants.

"As part of the upcoming negotiations, it is planned to focus efforts on approving a roadmap outlining steps to strengthen trade turnover, launch joint projects in manufacturing, infrastructure sectors, develop logistics corridors, introduce digital solutions in municipal and regional management, and train personnel through joint educational programs and discussions with experts from many sectors of the urban economy. Separate attention will be paid to measures supporting small and medium-sized businesses and creating conditions for expanding direct business contacts between Russian and Vietnamese companies. Yesterday, a delegation including representatives of business, educational institutions, relevant authorities, cultural and other spheres departed from St. Petersburg to Hanoi. I am confident that the working trip to Vietnam will give additional impetus to the development of our event, which will only strengthen year by year and have a positive impact on the business climate both in Russia and Vietnam, as well as in other BRICS countries. I am convinced that for 2026, we will be able to agree on organizing, within the framework of the VIII IMBRICS Forum, a large-scale exhibition with the participation of representatives of leading Vietnamese cities to enable entrepreneurs to showcase their products and attract investments," shared Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the VII IMBRICS Forum.

"Following the business mission, a number of practical agreements were reached. We have received confirmation from the delegation of representatives from Vietnamese business communities – as well as representatives of regional and central government bodies of Vietnam – to visit St. Petersburg for business negotiations and working meetings at the venue of the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum this November. Preliminary partnership agreements have been reached with several commercial companies for the preparation and support of the event in 2026. Should the negotiations yield positive results, the relevant organizations are ready to become strategic partners of the 2026 forum and attract major Vietnamese corporations to organize a large-scale exhibition at our venue," concluded Mikhail Cherepanov.

The event marked an important step in strengthening Russian-Chinese intermunicipal ties and in preparing for the upcoming VII IMBRICS Forum, which will be held on November 20-21.

The purpose of the Chinese side's visit was to present the investment, technological, and cultural potential of Yulin, as well as to establish direct contacts with entrepreneurs and government structures of the city. The delegation showed particular interest in the significant Chinese diaspora residing in St. Petersburg, which serves as an additional resource for deepening humanitarian and economic interaction.
During the meeting, representatives of the Organizing Committee of the VII IMBRICS Forum presented the upcoming November event. Mikhail Sverdlov acquainted the colleagues from China in detail with the concept and scale of the Forum. The event, which will be held in St. Petersburg for the seventh time, will bring together about 5,000 participants, including representatives of official authorities and heads of major companies, including those from the oil and gas sector. Interest was expressed in the direct participation of Chinese partners to establish close contacts.

"We already have a clear request from business for the creation and launch of new production lines. Chinese partners possess the necessary technologies and competencies that can be effectively integrated into our projects. Such cooperation will accelerate the implementation of plans and create new growth points for the regional economy," noted Mikhail Sverdlov.
During the event, Vladimir Muzharovsky and Mikhail Sverdlov held separate bilateral negotiations with representatives of Yulin City. The parties discussed the prospects of the Chinese delegation's participation in the VII IMBRICS Forum, opportunities for cooperation in the sphere of production, sustainable development, and humanitarian exchange. During the negotiations, a number of preliminary agreements were reached, and contacts were exchanged for further development of joint initiatives.

Yulin City, located in the northern part of Shaanxi Province, is a dynamically developing strategic partner. It is an important nodal city of the "Belt and Road" Initiative and the region with the highest investment potential in China. Yulin possesses rich resources, including coal (1/5 of the country's reserves), oil, natural gas, and is also developing modern productions, such as civilian UAVs for pipeline monitoring. In 2024, the city's regional GDP reached 754.868 billion yuan, demonstrating 6% growth and ranking second in the province for this indicator.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed mutual interest in continuing the dialogue. Concrete steps for developing trade relations and strengthening investment cooperation were outlined. The meeting not only strengthened bilateral ties between St. Petersburg and Yulin but also became a practical contribution to expanding the international partner network within the framework of the upcoming VII IMBRICS Forum, opening new opportunities for Russian and Chinese regions.

On December 2, 2025, in Moscow, at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy site, the XVI Assembly of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE) was held – an annual closed event, which is the highest governing body of the Congress, which brought together members of the ICIE, representatives of the business community and experts from 20 countries in face-to-face and online formats to develop key strategic decisions.
Key organizational and procedural issues were discussed as part of the agenda of the supreme management body. Members of Congress approved the decision to terminate the membership of a number of associations and commercial structures. Strategic integration and project initiatives were submitted for consideration and approval by the Assembly.

Vasile Tarlev, the Chairman of the Council of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the President of the National Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Moldova, presided over the Assembly. An important part of the event’s agenda were speeches by representatives of the Congress leadership: the ICIE President Artem Chaika, together with the Chairman of the Science Committee Igor Trunov highlighted the topic of International business in the process of socio-economic changes, and also commented on the participation of the ICIE in modern international and regional business cooperation. A presentation of the strategic initiative to create a Unified international platform for cooperation in the field of transport and logistics in the Eurasian market space was made by the Chairman of the Committee on Transport, Logistics and Transit Andrey Severilov and the Vice-President of the manual transmission Maksim Belopotapov.
The event was attended by representatives of key foreign companies and organizations - existing partners with whom the ICIE is systematically working. Patel, who noted the strategic importance of joint projects to strengthen relations, especially in light of the upcoming Indian presidency in BRICS.

Within the framework of the Assembly, a speech was made by the Vice-President of the ICIE, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the IMBRICS Forum Mikhail Cherepanov. In his report, he presented a number of significant initiatives aimed at strengthening the role of the Congress and developing cooperation within the BRICS framework. The Assembly participants supported the proposals submitted for consideration. As a result of the discussion, it was decided to launch these initiatives and formulate a comprehensive plan for their implementation.
During the Assembly, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee presented the results of the successful IMBRICS Forum, which was held in November for the seventh time on the territory of the Russian Federation. The President of the ICIE gave a high assessment of the organization and effectiveness of the Forum, noting the significant contribution of the event to the development of multilateral business and humanitarian interaction. It was officially announced that the VIII IMBRICS Forum will be held on October 15-17, 2026 in St. Petersburg, thereby maintaining the tradition of holding this key event in the Northern capital of Russia.

The holding of the XVI Assembly of the ICIE demonstrated the strengthening of the role of the Congress as an effective international structure aimed at practical solutions and the development of business partnership. As a result of the Assembly, the entry into the ICIE of a number of new members was approved - large industry structures representing various countries of the world. On December 13, at the St. Petersburg International Tourism Forum Travel Hub, a tripartite cooperation agreement was signed between the St. Petersburg Convention and Exhibition Bureau represented by General Director Sergei Azarenkov, the “Association of Communications Enterprises, Information Technologies and Digital Development” represented by Director Anton Paulich and the “BRICS Business Communications Center” represented by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the IMBRICS Forum Mikhail Cherepanov. The agreement is aimed at creating a Coordination Council (hereinafter referred to as the Coordination Council) under the auspices of the Convention and Exhibition Bureau of the Government of St. Petersburg – a unified system of interaction between the leaders of large city (regional) forums of St. Petersburg. The Council will become an important mechanism for jointly forming an annual plan of events, synchronizing them by date and building a common concept within which the forums will complement and strengthen each other, rather than compete for audiences and resources.
The use of the capabilities of the Convention and Exhibition Bureau, a subordinate institution of the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg, will be particularly important in this work, including existing agreements with hotels, airlines, airports and other participants in the tourism and transport industries. The formation of a unified support ecosystem for regional forums will allow organizers to receive comprehensive assistance from the structures of the Government of St. Petersburg and use existing tools for promoting and supporting events.

Centralized media coordination will be an important element of the Coordination Council work, both at the stage of preparing forums and after they are held. Joint information support and promotion of events abroad will help strengthen the business image of St. Petersburg in the regions of Russia and other areas of the world, as well as increase the recognition of the city.

A separate tool will be the formation of a register of events supported within the framework of the Constitutional Court. This list is planned to be used in international communications and mailings to cities with which St. Petersburg cooperates, which will increase interest from foreign participants and delegations.

The main goal of cooperation is to unite and consolidate all congress and exhibition activities of St. Petersburg, which will create an additional impetus for economic development, business tourism and strengthening the city’s international relations.
“The creation of the Coordination Council will make it possible to build systematic work with the largest business and socially significant events in St. Petersburg throughout the year. We are talking not only about synchronizing calendars, but also about forming a unified model for preparing such events, which will take into account the issues of accommodation of guests coming to the city for forums and congresses, transport logistics, work with catering establishments, and excursion companies. An important element will be well-established interaction with all relevant departments of St. Petersburg. As a result, St. Petersburg will be able to receive more tourists and attract more and more out-of-town and international participants, increasing the tourist flow by 13-17.5% per year. Coming to such events, city guests create additional demand for accommodation, food, transportation, visiting theaters and museums, purchasing souvenirs and much more - which directly supports small and medium-sized businesses in the relevant segments of our city’s economy,” emphasized Mikhail Cherepanov.
By the end of 2024, the tourist flow of St. Petersburg reached a record 11.6 million people, which far exceeds the level of 2023 and the pre-pandemic 2019 (10.5 million) – an increase of more than 23% by 2023. However, the share of business tourism, including participation in forums, conferences and exhibitions, is only a part – in 2024, business tourism in St. Petersburg remained at approximately 1.25 million people and has not shown significant growth in recent years.

The formation of the Coordination Council will allow us to move from disparate preparation of events to a managed system for the development of business tourism and increase this share. An increase in the number of participants at forums who come to St. Petersburg for more than one day and more often combine business trips with a cultural program is one of the goals of the Coordination Council, which began its consolidated activities at the end of 2025.

The head of the Forum Organizing Committee attended a number of business events for entrepreneurs in Russia and Brazil, including conferences, a business forum, business lunches and dinners, as well as specialized meetings. On February 4, one of the evening receptions took place, in which Maksim Reshetnikov, a number of deputy ministers, including Andrey Guryev, Alexander Shokhin, Mikhail Cherepanov, as well as heads of business associations and businesses took part. The list of participants from Brazil mirrored the list of participants from Russia. We separately processed requests that were interesting for the Forum’s strategic partners - the St. Petersburg Exchange, IVA Company, Fast North and other partners.
This year, special emphasis will be placed on the B2B negotiations area, which will allow our partners to diversify their presence at the Forum with a large number of negotiations and acquaintances with personally selected companies from more than 53 countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.

“The format of communication in the B2B zone in 2025 became one of the driving forces behind the successful holding of the VII Forum, and in 2026 we plan to expand this space to enhance the productivity of meetings of all interested participants,” said the Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
The first meeting of the Organizing Committee in the new year, during which the approval of the co-chairman of the Organizing Committee - a representative of India, will take place, is scheduled for the end of March. On March 25, 2026, a regular meeting of the Council of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE) was held. Vice-President of the ICIE, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the VIII IMBRICS Forum, Mikhail Cherepanov, made a report for the first quarter of this year, in particular, on the results of a working trip to Brazil on February 3-6, 2026, which took place in connection with the 8th meeting of the High-Level Commission on Cooperation between Russia and Brazil on February 5.
At the meeting, Mikhail Cherepanov presented initiatives to expand the participation of the Congress in the international economic agenda and develop interaction with the business communities of large cities of the BRICS countries. Based on the results of the discussion, the ICIE Council adopted a number of strategically significant decisions in this area.

In particular, the proposal to intensify the participation of the Congress in business cooperation within the BRICS with an emphasis on supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises was supported. The growing role of the ICIE as an institution that consolidates the interests of business and ensures dialogue with government and international structures is noted.
The Council also supported the following initiatives:

•·to develop a program for the participation of the ICIE in business cooperation with the BRICS countries for the period until 2030 with the introduction of its Concept at the next Assembly of the ICIE;
